... but there are some very good health products out there. This is one of them. In fact, this is the first supplement I recommend to people who want to improve their health.
We've been using SuperFood Plus for a while now and it's just as good as its predecessor (plain old SuperFood). I usually take it in fresh apple juice, though lately I've found it works great in homemade soft cider. My husband puts it on all kinds of foods, even inside tuna sandwiches (the algae really adds to the flavor)! However, we've found it works best in fresh juices.
It's a great supplement, more effective and versatile than the pills I took when I was first trying to get healthy. Even the best capsules haven't had the effect SuperFood has had in improving my health.

I am honest when I say this. NOT the best for taste, but I LOVE the results: My skin has cleared up, my energy level is skyrocketing,I have a "glow" I thought I lost forever. Better than any multivitamin, this has a lot of nutrients my body needs on a daily basis. I highly recommend it. I usually take it in my morning juice, and sometimes I put it in a shake.

Superfood is phenom! Unlike the directions on the jar, we mix 2 T of it with 1/2 - 1 c (sorry, I just eyeball it) raw (yes raw), organic whole milk and a bit of raw (yes raw) honey (somewhere between 1 tsp & 1 T), buzz it up w/the immersion blender, and down the hatch! Great supplement!

This is my second purchase of this product. It needs some taste improvement, but when 109 year old, Bernardo LaPallo, recommended this item I figured I would give it a try. Use fruits to improve the taste - frozen bananas, strawberries, etc. Also add some flaxseed oil...then you have a tasty nutritious drink. The list of ingredients on this product is impressive and consists of numerous organic or wild food items.
