Vendor sent my massage XP1 out right away. Used it one time and it fell apart at the seams when I pulled the power cord out of the hole it plugs in to. (no fault of the vendor) Paper that holds the snap on the back of the massage pads also tore when I was trying to unsnap pads from power source. Got with vendor and he got in touch with hi dow company, who sent me a brand new one within a day or two. NEW ONE HAS WORKED GREAT FROM DAY ONE. I think I might have just gotten a dud the first time which is bound to happen once in a blue moon. The important thing to me and the thing that impressed me the most was that when I did get an inferior product, both the vendor and the hi dow company were more than willing to make it right and stand by their product. I would purchase this product again. It has helped to get rid of most of the knots in my back that were there due stress and a tubing accident earlier this year at the lake. I would just use a little caution when unsnapping the massage pads from the power cords because they snap in real tight and if you pull on them too much, the snap will tear away from the pad.
