My Super Acai Cleanse just came today in the mail so I have not a chance to test its effectiveness yet. However, a note to buyers: after receiving the product, I researched all the ingredients online out of curiosity and found that one of the ingredients, Cascara Sagrada, is thought to be potentially carcinogenic. In response to a citizen's petition in 2002 against the May 2002 final ruling banning the use of cascara sagrada in OTC laxatives, the FDA "found inadequate support for the petition that cascara sagrada should be generally recognized as safe and effective for OTC use as a laxative". I'm not condemning the product since I have only been using it for one day, but I wish I had known this before I bought it.

Best cleanser I have ever used. I was scheptical about purshasing The Acai Cleanse Acai Berry Brazilian Acai berry
capsules at AMAZON.COM, and let me tell you it has worked for me! Not only do I feel great, I have lost about 20 lbs. from the cleansing and eating healthier too.
