This is probably the best tasting protein I have come across and i've had a lot of different brands and flavors. I usually swith brands every couple months, but i've been trying all of the ON flavors and this is the best one. I've already gone through 4 jugs and haven't switched yet.

I had seen alot of other reviews that said this product was the best tasting protein they've had; I can't imagine they've tried too many because this one was a disappointment. I can't say how effective it is as a protein (in theory it seems like it would be), but because of the "off" taste, I've had to slowly mix it with a better tasting protein in order to get my money's worth (I purchased the 6 pounder).
And just for the record, I've tried mixing it as per label directions...and in several other ways to try and improve (or mask) the taste.
I prefer BSN Syntha-6 or MHP Probolic SR better.
