I use the Nisim shampoo regularly and am pleased with the results. After a long stay in the hospital & all that it entails, my hair was falling out and in distress. I think that it is especially stressful to a woman to experience a drastic hair loss. A friend of mine, a stylist, recommended Nisim Shampoo & sent me a bottle to try. I started to see results within two weeks. When I ran out and was unable to find the product locally I turned to Amazon.com for a source. The product arrived fast! I definitely recommend the source & the product. My hair is now back,thicker than ever. Thank goodness!

Started using Nisim Christmas 2011 after reading reviews on a hair loss website and the reviews here. I was not expecting much of an improvement but I have been pleasantly surprised. I am 60, asian, with relatively oil hair, thining crown and thining patch at my parting line. About 6 months ago I started to notice that the hair density at the parting line was significantly and steadily reducing, so time to try to do something about it.
8 weeks after using Nisim everday, my hair grows much much faster than before, need hair cuts more often ! The hair looks great, not dry not oily. The thinning at the parting line has definitely stopped and reversed somewhat, how much it's hard to say, but when my hair is dry its not noticeable, and when my hair is wet it is only half as visible as before.
I can't report on changes to my crown hair density because I see it so rarely

My hair has been falling out for years.I have searched and searched for something, anything to stop my hairloss.I first tried rogaine but after about 8 months or so everyhair I had gained fell out again. DHT is what has made my hair fall out since no one in my family has thinning hair, I can only assume it is due to the testosterone I have taken over the years. Since using nisim shampoo with the extract it is finally coming back and none is falling out anymore.any bodybuilders out there or anyone losing their hair due to DHT, I strongly suggest you give this stuff a try.

It makes your hair so dry and it does not make them any stronger. I think it makes my hair fall off more than it used to be. I would not recommend the product; it would be a waste of money; after using it a few times you won't even want to use it anymore. I think if I continue to use it again, I will lose my hair a lot faster and sooner than I should.

The instructions on this shampoo states that you should use it once a day, and that you should "rinse and repeat." Those instructions leave me hair VERY dry. And if you use the complimenting Nisim conditioner, it does practically nothing for the feel of your hair (aka still feels dry). I find that if I use a different conditioner like J/a/s/o/n's Biotin conditioner, my hair feels much softer. The problem is though, you're not supposed to use any other conditioner other than the complimenting Nisim conditioner. This is because the company says their conditioner is formulated to work specifically with the shampoo and vice versa, and that oils from other conditioners (or oils in general), break down the ingredients in their shampoo. This is especially true if you are using the extract as well.
The only reason I'm giving this shampoo 3 stars is because it does help to stop the excess loss of hair within the first week or two. After that, you're hair gets really dry so you may want to consider changing up your conditioner and using only one bottom half of your hair (so that it doesn't touch your scalp).
Also, this shampoo is clinincally proven to reduce DHT on the scalp. If you don't know what DHT is, it is the hormone that causes hair loss.
This shampoo will not re-grow your lost hair. It will only prevent it from falling out, because it is preventing DHT. Only this shampoo in combination with the Nisim extract will do that. And you HAVE to keep using the shampoo in order to keep the hairs you re-grow with the extract (which can take anywhere from 3- 12 months).
