Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, at your expense, you may return any UNOPENED product(s), for a refund, as long as the product is sealed and un-tampered. The shipping & handling cost for the order is NOT refundable. Please note that there is also a 15% re-stocking fee on any returns. If you wish to cancel your order and do so before we have shipped your product, (shipment email notification with shipment identification number), there is only a 5% order cancellation processing fee.
